On Tuesday 12th of October 2010, as part of Cork Drug Awareness Week 2010, the Cork Family Support Network (CFSN) was officially launched in an event in the Millennium Hall, City Hall.  The Guest speakers for the event included both local (Steven O'Donovan) and the National Network (Sadie Grace) and also featured local Family Support Group members. This event also provided a platform for the launch of a new leaflet on Family Support Groups in Cork. This leaflet has the contact details /times/ venues etc. of all Family Support Groups based in Cork. Cork Family Support Groups can be a support and a resource to Families/ Concerned Persons dealing with a loved ones drug &/ or alcohol misuse.  This event was organized by the CFSN Interim Committee and was supported by Community Outreach Drug Awareness Project based in Cork City Partnership. * Please go to publications to see the  CFSN Leaflet.
